Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

At Fabric Garden, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

  • Items must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must be approved by Fabric Garden before the item is sent back.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns sent without prior approval from Fabric Garden will not be accepted.

Special Cases

Orders Paid in Advance

If an order has been fully paid in advance, we will refund the full amount paid once the return has been received and approved, subject to the conditions of this Return Policy.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued after deducting 16% government tax and applicable delivery charges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, size, or design:

  1. Return the original item following the return process above.

  2. Wait for the return to be received and approved.

  3. Place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank, payment provider, or credit card company may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

  • If 15 business days have passed after your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at fabricgarden123@gmail.com.
